Needs Honest Opinions 850 94/95

i'm seriously looking at buying a 850 year 1994. I am currently driving a 3.0 V6 Alfa 164 year 1991. I know that there are few options in the 850 series. Which is the best bet? What about S70?

Please give your opinion.
