Propus rim is out of round - Who generally straightens alloy rims?

I've got a set of Propus wheels for my C70. I got a really good deal on them, but while getting them balanced today, I learned that one was noticeably out of round.

How effective is it to get a rim straightened? Who usually does that sort of work?
