IPD Front Floor Trays Are CRAP! S40-V40 00

Anyone else out there have the x/40 front floor trays that IPD offers. I received mine about 3 months ago and I am about to trash them for something different, or "modify" them (I like to improve on bad designs). Anyway, the passenger side works great, but the drivers side tray in the bottm right section of it is floppy and allows collected DIRTY water to flow out of it destroying my carpet. If it leaked when there was large amounts of water in it that would be my fault, but small amounts of water from snow on the bottom my shoes gets out. This is hard to avoid in Minnesota. Done ranting now. Anyone else out there having problems.
