Possible new purchase XC90

I'm thinking of buying another Volvo. I might have a good lead on a 2004 XC90. It's and AWD with the T6 engine. It also has the 3rd row seats. It has about 150,00 miles. It does not have the previous maintenance history. At what mileage should the timing and accessory belt be replaced ? What are some other things I should look for ? Are there any particular items that are know to fail ? This looks to be a clean well maintain vehicle but you can never tell until you actually get in there and do a thorough inspection. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
