Power Seats on 1995 850 850 1995

I have power front seats on my 1995 850 turbo wagon. On the passenger side, the seat goes forward and backward, and i have full tilt capabilities on the seat. (where your bottom sits, it works well) But the back of the seat (the part of the seat where your back rests), won't tilt up or down when I press the button. The motor runs, you can hear it. But the back part of the seat just doesn't budge. Any ideas? Please, help me with this before I take it into volvo tomorrow. Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated!
