Radiator Cooling Fan 850 1996

Well, I need some assistance here on my 96 850 GLT wagon.
It seems that the Radiator Fan is giving out. It is screeching and the temp gauge inside the car is redlining now. This just happened in the last 24 hours.

How to tear out and replace it. Any instructions, pictures etc. would be greatly appreciated.
