2000 XC #3 CYLINDER WOES

I JUST CHANGED MY PLUGS FROM CHEAP NGK R PLUGS TO OEM PLUGS , I FOUND THE PLUGS FOR CYLINDER 2 AND 3 LOOSE AND THE COILPACK AREA COATED WITH A THIN LAYER OF OIL IN BOTH CYLINDERS, I CLEANED THE PACKS AND REPLACED PLUGS NICE N TIGHT.... BUT AFTER A WEEK WITH THE NEW PLUGS THE CAR HAS BEEN STUTTERING NOW THAT THE WEATHER HAS WARMED TO ABOUT 45 AND HAS BEEN HUMID , THE CAR TRIGGERED THE CYLINDER THREE MISFIRE CODE TODAY, I REPLACED THE COIL PACK IT DIDNT HELP ANYTHING, FIGURING I HAD PURCHASED A FAULTY COIL, I SWAPPED IT FOR A FRESH ONE AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE BUT MORE SUBTLE, WHAT ELSE SHOULD I CHECK , SHOULD I REPLACE THE #2 COILPACK SINCE IT IS PHYSICALLY DAMAGED ? THANKS IN ADVANCE
