Implication of Buzzer Removal? ALL 2000

For the last 15 years I've deactivated the key/seatbelt buzzers in my cars (a Dodge & a Mazda), but hadn't gotten to it on the C70 Conv. I may have succeeded after I finally got around to installing the adjustable wiper delay module I purchased from IPD. To swap out the "#208 Wiper Delay" module I removed the "#212 Seatbelt Buzzer" module. I've decided not to reinstall the #212 and do not appear to be suffering any ill effects.

Now that I don't have to hear a buzzer for the key or the flashing seatbelt light anymore, I want to make sure I'm not causing any unforeseen implications. Does anyone know if there are any bad implications of permanently leaving out the red #212 module? I don't have a wiring diagram. If it means anything, the feature which doesn't allow the doors to be locked centrally due to the key-in-the-ignition-when-the-car's-not-running feature still works....

I was surprised to see the under dash area is more roomy w/ the electronics and drive by wire features which appeared in '99.

Thanks.
