Driver Window Works Sporadically S60 2002

It'll work a dozen times in a row when I test it - but whenever I need it will either no go down or not go back up without a series of attempts.

How do I differentiate between a switchpack with bad contacts and something else, like a relay.

And if a relay, what's the part # and where is it located?
