Did I get a good deal? V70-XC70 01

Ok, I just found this message board and wish I had checked it before I bought the car yesterday, but now that I have.....

I bought a 2001 V70 2.4T dealer loaner with 6500 miles on it. It's pretty much loaded (touring, verstatility, cold wthr pckg, etc.) and the window sticker originally on the car was for 38,350 MSRP.

I ended up getting it for $32,499. Did I get shanked or make out ok?
