Squeling while turning at low speeds S40-V40 2000

Recently I have been experiencing a high pitched squealing while turning at low speeds while parking and what not. I am not applying the brakes as this happens. Also, this seems to be happening at random almost. In other words, sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't.

Any ideas on what this could be? I have almost 22k miles.
