850R Brake and Engine Mount trouble 850 1996

I just had the 60k service ($700) performed at the dealer on my 1996 850R Wagon, and was informed that the following was needed:

1. I need new front brake pads and rotors. Although they are not on metal to metal, the dealership says new rotors are necessary because the existing are down below "specifications." ($450.00)

2. I need a new serpentine belt. ($160.00)

3. I need new engine mounts. ($900.00)

Any comments on the foregoing? I now have 66K on the vehicle. Is this a sign of things to come? Should I get rid of the car?
