Anyone ever encounter this V70-XC70

Had a misfire on # 4 cylinder car was running rough.

Went to take the plug out and it was somewhat loose. When I took it out seemed that the electrode post were bent in and the electrode was missing.

I replaced the plug and car started and ran fine but really worried about driving it.

WHAT in the hech could cause this to happen. If the piston hit it, it would be crushed and the new plug would also be.

I did have a low pressure issue months ago due to the o-rings in the pan this was fixed fairly quickly.

Any ideas?
