How to change the oil ??? S40-V40 2000

is the V40 oil changing and oil filter is hard to get at ??

this is my first time on this car .... local dealer charger 9.28 for oil filter is there other place I can mail oder cheaper???

do I need any specail tool for V40 oil change ?? or it just like the 240 or the 850 vovol....
