Where to look out for rust ? and what is the best way to prevent rust 850 1994turbo

Where to inspect for the rust on the 850 ??? what is the most rust easy to spot on the car ??

and if the car is park out side in CA what is the best way to avoid and preventing the rust from taking place..???

Beside I washing it every 3 week and wax it every six months...

We love the car just don't want it to go down hill....
