S40 turbo vs. s60 2.4 S40-V40 2001

I'm considering both and the few grand difference in price is not a big deal. I'm wondering about power, maintenance, roominess etc. Is the s60 a better buy at $30k than the s40 at $27k?

What are the pros and cons of each?
