I just bought a junker 1996 854 GLT with a manual 5 speed. It has unknown mileage, but at least 170K. A newer clutch. An NA engine, of course. No severe body damage, but the bottom of the trunk lid has a little dent. White with aluminum spoke wheels.

It needs a LOT of TLC. The seat skins are both gone, seat bottom and back. The visor falls down. The ECC is on permanent defrost. The door stay is inop and the window rattles when the door closes. But the radio works!

The PS fluid is low, but no leaks. In fact, no leaks anywhere. Don't know about the AC as the ambient temps are too low.

It is real dirty, in and out.

First item is to fix the ECC and get heat to the floor.
Next is the timing belt.
And then repl the gear in the odo so that starts working again.
