CD player V70-XC70 1998

Hi. I recently purchased my "dream car", a 1998 V70. I absolutely love this car. In fact, it has exceeded my expectations. The only trouble I've had is with the CD player. It frequently fails to accept CDs, requiring a trip to the dealership to get it "reset". While I can enjoy a very long and happy existence without a functioning CD player in my car, I figure that I should get the problem taken care of before the warranty runs out (June 2001). The dealer claims that the system fails if CD is "removed before the player finishes ejecting it". Although I have made a conscious effort to remove CDs "properly", the problem still remains. Has anyone experienced similar problems? Any advice?
