Brake Vacuum S40-V40 2001

I recently purchased an S40..Since I got the car I have experienced a noise with the Brake Vacuum. I took the car in to be serviced and the technicians said not to worry about it. Well, the more time that passes..the louder the noise gets. Has anyone else had this problem?
