Front End Vibration/CV Joints 850 1995

Separately from my last post, I also have a front end vibration, that I can not seem to balance out. I fear that ball joints, other components maybe worn. Any thoughts on this? I also have notices a growling noise as I turn at high speeds that I attribute to the CV Joints. Is it possible that they are part of the vibration problem?
