s70 ignition cylinder what a pita

Trying to get the recessed bolts off the ignition lock cylinder Read up on matthew and it isn't as easy as it says.

Can't drill they are steel. so a drill doesn't work,

Can I possibly take a screw where the ignition switch sits and screw it up forcing the bolt out?

If so what is the size of the screw if any one knows. I am at my wits end.

Any suggestions.
