Turbo Wastegate Adustments - Good Idea or BAD idea ? 850 1995

Anyone try adjusting the wastegate settings as per the instructions on Eastern Aerospace's site ?

What are the pros and what are the cons of doing this?

Will it hurt the engine ( aside from a possible increase of power) ?
