Noise in climate control system 850 1994

A noise has started in the climate control system and it sounds like birds. I think it is the blower fans sqeaking. It doesn't squeak all the time......mainly when it first comes on and then sometimes going around turns. It makes the noise with both heat and A/C.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this?
