Steering shimmy 850 95

Hello Volvo-ites (again).

My 95 850GLT has a rapid shaking around 70-75 mph. Nothing violent, just annoying. Does anyone out there know what it might be? Bad struts?

Also... tends to do weird stuff when braking at slower speeds. I thought it was the pulsing of the ABS but it "feels" like something's out of round.
