Catalytic Converter 850 1996

I rencently bought an 1996 850, 33K. The cayalytic converter has a rattle coming from inside of it and the car was lost power when going uphill. The dealer change it under guarantee and now the car have great power but I listen the rattle again. I can shake the exhaust system by hand and hear the noise. It occurs mostly when starting from a dead stop or when hit a bump. Is that noise is normal? If the new catalytic bad? What I have to do? A new catalytic converter? Sorry about my english.
