Strange odor inside the car when idle 850 1994

Hi,

I have a problem with my ventillation system. When driving, it's ok (it seem to) but when idle, (with heather on), after 5 min, it smell something bad in the car, like burn oil. When I look a the engine, I observ (sometimes) a little steam of white smoke comming from under the black spark plug cap. I dont know what it is... And I'm losing oil... I think it's a leak but all seem to be fine from the top of the engine... maybe the crankshatf? Anyone can help ?
