Car sluggish and also gas smell in cabin 850 94

My 850Turbo is sluggish right now(150,000 miles). I replaced the top intercooler hose after I bought it last year and it had excelent performance. Now for the last 2 months, it has been very sluggish (once again). I replaced the other intercooler hose and it was no help.

I am also getting a gas smell in the cabin every so often. I know that on the saab 9000, it was a cracked or loose charcoal canister line causing the gas smell. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
