Hi all. Usually I only inhabit the 240 forums, but this time I'm just letting all of you know that my daughter, in the L.A., CA, area, is putting her S60 up for sale (they're getting a wagon to haul the extra diapers and other infant paraphernalia that they now need to carry :-).

She's the original owner (bought it 9/06), and although she never thought to keep her sevice receipts (shame on her), I know that she always had the car serviced only by the Volvo dealer (where she bought it, Volvo of LA, on S Figueroa St near W Washington Blvd) that's close to her job, except only this last time because that dealer just went out of business -- so she took it to an indy specializing in Volvos for her ~30,000 mi service. And she (upon my instruction) always had them do the oil changes using the optional, extra-cost synthetic oil.

Anyway, they just put their ad on Craigslist, and I can attest that the mileage, 33,500 mi, is quite legitimate.
