Clutch 850 96

I asked 3 days ago but got no replies. Is there a clutch inspection platre. I havce 140K and think the clutch may be gone because of the symptom of a "clunck" when I accelerate in 1st or 2nd as I raise the clutch pedal. Do you think it's the clutch, an inner CV joint, or a motor mount?
