1998 V70 Mechanical camshaft belt tensioner setting...

All,

By tomorrow morning sometime I'll be ready to set up my wife's 98' V70 timing belt and Lord willing the piston's didn't hit the valve's when they turned if off in our driveway.

What I need to know is how should I set the tensioner? I mean, I know how to set it, but the engine/garage are not heated and are at around 30 to 40 degrees, so what temperature do I set the tensioner to, -5F, 68F, somewhere in between?

Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Matt
