If no flame trap on turbos..... 850 1995 T-5R

If there is no flame trap in a turbo engine (I have a T-5R), what can I do about cleaning the PCV system? The chiltons manual says to replace the flame trap but from what I've heard from this message board, there is none in my engine. I have a two drip a night oil leak coming from my car and I'm hoping it's a ventilation issue, not a rear main seal. So, I want to check this ventilation system (as seems to be recommended by everyone) but I don't know what to do. Suggestions? Thanks much

Alex
