Squealing front brakes!! 850 1995

I have tried everything to keep the front brakes from squealing. New rotors, glueing the pads to the caliper, cleaning them, everything.

Does anyone know if the 95's came with shims??

The blue goo that should stop the noise doesn't do doodally squat
