Vibration when braking (93 850) 850 1993

Here's an odd one.

First details.

Car went on trip to Idaho (I live in Portland) and handled great. Got 29 mpg the whole way. Did not exhibit these symptoms.

Before I went and after I went, when braking, the front left wheel feels like it's rubbing up against something. There is some fascia/air dam damage (the car was hit on the right fender before I bought it, and the air dam is a little loose). So it feels and sounds like that piece is rubbing up against the tire as I'm braking. That is what I first suspected, but it's not.

That's the sound/feel. Here is the scenarios. If I'm going slow, or braking down hill, it makes the sound/feel. If I'm driving fast, it doesn't. If I'm braking on a flat surface it doesn't.

I haven't taken it to a brake shop just yet (probably going to tomorrow). It doesn't have any impact on the braking, or steering or driving.

The car recently had the brakes flushed, and the brakes themselves are fine (as far as I can tell).
