automatic transmission that won't upshift in high gear V70-XC70 2005

Have a 2005 AWD automatic XC70 wagon with 195,000 miles on it. Car started failing to upshift over 50mph. Replaced transmission with another one and it's doing the same thing! Any suggestions?
