Humming S70 98

When I start my 98' s70t5a in the morning, I notice an unnatural humming that will increase in volume with an increase in rpm. The noise continues when the vehicle is in gear and normally stops after about 5-10 minutes of driving. I took it to the dealer, they claimed they found the problem and replace the power steering something or other. When I picked the car up, the frikken noise was still there!!!! Any thoughts????
