95 850 t5 losing driveability 60,000 miles 850 1995

hi guys

95 850 t5 60k miles

bought 3yrs ago from volvo dealer

it is slowly losing power gradual decline in 4-5 weeks

gas mileage is dropping

idle hunts

turbo is flat and unusually loud sometimes whistles

exhaust has high sulfur odour

no oil loss or use between changes

lost coolant due to cap crack only added resevoir amount to fill it again new cap system holds coolant fine

when this happened the check engine light came on and has stayed on

use only brand name premium fuel

warm up at start

cooling fan works fine seldom sit in traffic

i dont beat it and im the only driver

any ideas
