Suspension noise during slow speed extreme turns. S70 2000

Hi all. Can you tell me if this the norm for 2000 S70. When I turn the car at slow speed usually at either extreme 180 degree left or right I could hear a sound like two steering rods are hitting/rubbing each other. Under normal driving conditions and turns I do not hear this sound. Is this normal for the S70/Volvo? Is there a way to grease the front end? Why would a 1 year old car have this problem? Thanks for your help. Seth
