New Volvo owner w/ Q's 850 1997

Hi y'all...

I just bought a '97 850 GLT Turbo about two weeks ago. I'm learning more about the car everday and have a few questions. I hope I don't seem like a moron, but I really am new to this :) This is my first car.

Well, here goes.

Question #1. Is there anyway to change my (GLT) low-pressure turbo into a (T-5R) high-pressure turbo without damaging the engine?

Question #2. I've heard a lot about K&N filters... Is there REALLY any difference? Is it worth it?

Question #3. Oil: Synthetic or Old Fashioned?

Question #4. I'm interested in making the car look and feel better than it does. All I can think of is tinting the windows, and putting some rims on it. What else is there? And I can't seem to find a bra anywhere!!!

Question #5. I've noticed that the clearcoat is beginning to flake off along the roof moldings on both passenger and driver side. Is there anyway to "nip this in the bud"? Or am I left to watch it get worse and worse as the seasons go by?

Question #6. Does the spoiler on the back of an 850 really DO anything?

Question #7. Top speed?

Question #8. What is the most effective, cost-efficient, and reliable way to gain horses?

Sorry to quiz you so hard but I am really itching to know!!! :)

You know how it is. I just got this baby and I wnat it to shine.

Thanks a lot everybody!!!
