2000 Volvo V70 AWD XC Wagon - emergency brake change V70-XC70 2000

doing complete brake service on the car at the present.
New Rotor, pads, calipers, lines all the way around.

When I took the driver side rear rotor off the emergency pads fell off as well. The pad part actually came off of the metal plates. Metal plates still in place.

On the passenger side rear when taking the rotor off the emergency brakes where frozen to the inside of the rotor unit itself. It made getting the rotor off extremely difficult.

So, I'm looking for step by step instruction on how to properly do the emergency brakes on the 2000 Volvo V70 AWD XC Wagon.
You help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
