Info. and Advice 850 1995

Hi:

I am looking at a 1995 850 turbo sedan with 75k miles. It is priced far below its trade-in value. I would just like any advice or warning as to potential troubles. I already know about the evaporated that corrode from the inside out. I also heard that the 740s had problems with the turbos going out after 60k miles. Is this a problem with 850s also?

Also, what octane of gasoline is required/recommended for the 850 turbos?
