suspension lift [gasp] 850 1995

i know that i am asking for some heresy here but i am contemplating lifting my t-5r wagon to something closer to XC height. the car is used mostly for my more active hobbies such as mountain biking and mountaineering and the front bumper cover/spoiler is taking an absolute beating just getting in and out of parking lots; hey, it's life in the NE...my last plain 850 turbo wagon fared little better [bumper cover repaired/repainted more times than i could count]. any suggestions on how to lift the car up a bit and keep the bodywork intact?
