timing belt S40-V40

Need to replace timing belt on my 2001 s40.Is it possible to do it without removing the crankshaft pulley?I don't have a impact wrench/compressor.This seems to be the hardest part of the procedure.If not is there another way to remove it.Car has auto trans so putting it in gear & holding the brakes is not an option.
