Childseats (or the horse isnt quite dead, beat it again...) V70-XC70 1998

Hey all -

1. Congratulate me. I bought the GTL wagon, and I can smoke the tires if TRACS is off, engine is warm and I hold the brake for a sec to let the turbo spool up.

2 Congratulate me again - lashed two car seats in the back AND can use the center belt

3. Congratulate me one more time - three days after putting plates on and two days after busting my knuckles installing the seats, my wife informs me that we'll need to buy a third car seat. :) - no blanks fired here.

4. Now HELP me - anybody running with three car seats and a strut brace?

I'm going to shoot myself if I have to sell this thing 6 mos after buying it to get a so-called "mini" van.

Current kids are just 2 and just 4, and are on the small side so they'll be in seats for a while more. The new one will of course get a clip-in type with the removeable infant carrier.

The car doesn't have the built-in booster or child seats or the third seat. I wouldn't put a kid back there anyway (tho it was fine when I was growing up in the Olds Vista Cruiser) AND wouldnt have room for the double stroller.

As always, thanks,

Bill
