Timing belt interval V70-XC70 1998

I am going to look at a 98 V70 GLT. Just a need a confirmation. I'm pretty sure the timing belt on 98's need to changed every 70k miles like most 850's. Correct?

One more question. The car has 138k. If it turns out that the car does need a timing belt, what should I replace? Just the belt? And tensioner? Anything else?
