What's so Special about Vollvo's Spark Plugs ??? 850 1996

I'm getting ready to replace my '96 850's (~350k miles) spark plugs, and noticed that for a set of five (5) OEM plugs, FCP is charging $33 !!! Is there anything special about these plugs, or can I purchase non-OEM plugs?
