rotor rumple S70

Have a 98 S70. Replaced front rotors and pad recently. I now have developed a pulsing rotor feel when braking from 60 mph. Is there anything else, besides a warped rotor that could cause a rumple pulsing sensation? Hard to determine which wheel it is coming from. Wanted some input before I pull everything apart to look. thanks to all.
