MAF Sensor 850 1993

I am needing a new MAF sensor. Any idea where (other than dealer) and how much the part will cost. All but the Rt resistances is broken.

I was also looking and found the reference to O2 sensor. The aftermarket bosch one will work fine? With no degredation?

Thanks for all the help and LOVE this site. Just bought my 93 850 GLT and want to get it in perfect order. Only 41K on the car.
