Turbo works, guage still not responding 850 1994

Thanks for telling me about the vacuum tree under the throttle control panel. A vacuum line connector had nearly slipped completely off. Now the turbo works!

The only problem is the boost gauge still does not work. There have been no check eng lights. is that gauge vacuum? Any ideas where else to look? This is odd because both the turbo and gauge seemed to stop working at the same time. Would disconnecting the battery for a while reset the gauge?
