Connecticut VCOA S70 1998

Hey all,

I'm looking for people in Connecticut interested in forming a VCOA chapter. As of now no such chapter exists. I have two potential members so far but it would be helpful to have more. Anyone in CT respond to this and I will keep you updated as to my progress. Thanks.
