Wheel Alignment: Dealer or Tire Shop? V70-XC70 1999

I need to get a wheel alignment done. Should I have it done by the dealer or a Tire Shop? Opinions or stories anyone? Also, I know that the front wheels need to be aligned because the car is pulling to the right, but how do you know if the rear wheels should be aligned? Thanks.
